Everything in Ricky Springer’s life revolves around racing. When not on track, he and his friends are playing with Matchbox go-karts, sprint cars, and outlaws in the dirt.  When at home he is either racing his cars on one of the many dirt tracks built throughout the yard, racing his bike, watching reruns on the SPEED channel of NASCAR races, or playing racing games on one of his gaming systems in his inflatable go-kart.

Ricky is very active with Charity activities as well.  Ricky is the founder of Racing for a Cause, a campaign to create awareness of eosinophilic disorders and raise funds to support the American Partnership for Eosinophilic Disorders (APFED).   To date his campaign has educated over 3.9 Million people about these diseases.

Ricky also runs a program called “Edward’s Buddies”, collecting new teddy bears to send out to children who are having feeding tubes placed as treatment of an eosinophilic disorder.
